Job summary

Coty in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Marketing Intern to support campaigns and brand activities, coordinating operations and preparing analyses. You will report to the Brand Manager and contribute to daily tasks that drive marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student committed to full-time internship for 6 months (Jan 2027–Jun 2027).
• Basic design tools skills: Photoshop or Canva, or similar.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
• Strong communication and cross-cultural awareness with emotional intelligence.
• Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about consumer goods, makeup and beauty.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and takes ownership with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support E-retailer/Ecom/Online marketing campaigns activations.
• Promotional materials (POSM) management and liaise with designer for assets and printing.
• Coordinate marketing operations and assist with brand promotions and activities.
• Collate and prepare monthly reports on competitors’ activities.
• Generate weekly reports and analysis.
• Complete ad-hoc assignments from the line manager.

THE ROLE

As our Marketing Intern, you play a critical role in providing general support to the marketing team in executing campaigns and brand activities, coordinating marketing operations, preparing reports and analysis, and assisting with day‑to‑day tasks to ensure smooth implementation of marketing initiatives.

You will be reporting to Brand Manager, and you will manage:

• Support E-retailer/Ecom/ Online marketing campaigns activations
• Promotional materials (POSM) management and liaise with designer for asset creation/ visual preparation and supplier for printing
• Coordinate marketing operations and assist in brand promotions and activities
• Collate and prepare competitors’ activities report on monthly basis
• Generate weekly reports and analysis
• Complete any ad-hoc assignment given by line manager
