Job summary

Infobip Ltd. offers a hands-on APAC Marketing internship to support PR, social media management, content creation, and growth strategies. You will work with seasoned professionals who mentor you throughout your internship, gaining practical experience in a global tech environment.

Interns will manage social channels, contribute to video content and graphics, assist in PR materials, and engage with influencers and media for campaigns, under guidance and mentorship.

What this role is all about

This position will play a crucial role in supporting the APAC Marketing team in various initiatives. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in PR, social media management, content creation, and business growth strategies. You will work closely with experienced professionals who will provide guidance and mentorship throughout your internship.

What you'll do

• Assist in the day-to-day management of our social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X). This includes drafting social media captions to support marketing campaigns.
• Brainstorm and execute localized and engaging content (e.g., jumping on local trends and festive campaigns).
• Support in creating video content for IG Reels and YouTube and design basic graphics using internal design tool.
• Monitor and report on social performance as needed
• Assist in drafting PR materials, including press releases, media pitches, and backgrounders.
• Help identify, shortlist, and reach out to local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and media publications for campaigns and reviews.
• Maintain and update media database.
• Support the team in marketing events, media drops, and press interviews.
• Conduct media monitoring to track brand mentions, competitor news, and industry trends across APAC.
• Monitor and report on PR performance as needed
• Gain exposure to drafting compelling content for emailers, newsletters, and website pages.

What Makes You Strong Fit

• Currently pursuing a degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with a sharp attention to details.
• Basic knowledge and experience with using Generative AI tool and software is a plus!
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and an understanding of social media management tools.
• Basic knowledge of PR principles, media relations, and event planning.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with graphic design tools or photo editing software is a plus.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with analytics tools, performance marketing, conversion, and data analysis is desirable.
• Previous experience or coursework in PR, social media management, or growth marketing is a plus, but not required.
