Caction is a Malaysian technology company empowering faster operations and happier workplaces. This Marketing Content Creation Intern role supports the marketing team in turning ideas, product knowledge and customer stories into engaging visual content.

You will work on videos, explainers, social clips, and tutorials that simplify complex software. You will gain hands-on experience editing videos, experimenting with creative tools, and building a portfolio while contributing to real campaigns in

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Multimedia, Media, Film, or related field
• Experience editing short-form social media videos
• Familiar with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro
• Interest in using AI tools for creative work

Responsibilities

• Social Media Marketing: create content for social channels and product storytelling
• Knowledgebase & Tutorial Videos: produce clear, engaging tutorial videos
• Turn Long Content Into Short Content: convert recordings into short clips
• Content Production Support: create visuals like graphics and short videos
• Experiment With AI Tools: explore AI tools to improve video editing and workflows

As a Marketing Content Creation Intern, you will support our marketing team in turning ideas, product knowledge and customer stories into engaging visual content.

You will work on a mix of marketing videos, product explainers, social media clips and knowledgebase tutorials that help customers understand and benefit from our software.

If you enjoy editing videos, experimenting with creative tools and turning information into clear, engaging content, this internship will give you hands-on experience inside a growing B2B SaaS company.

What You Will Work On

Social Media Marketing
Create content for social media, campaigns, and product storytelling across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta and other digital channels.

Knowledgebase & Tutorial Videos
Help create clear, engaging tutorial videos that guide customers on how to use Caction’s platform.

Turn Long Content Into Short Content
Convert recordings, webinars and demos into short clips that can be used for marketing and education.

Content Production Support
Assist in creating visual content such as graphics, short videos and simple motion elements used in marketing.

Experiment With AI Tools
Explore and apply AI tools that can improve video editing, visual creation and content production workflows.

Help Build Our Digital Presence
Support the marketing team in producing content that helps businesses understand operations excellence and digital transformation.

Who This Role Is For

We are looking for someone who enjoys creating visual content and exploring new tools. Candidates who perform during the internship will be considered for full time positions

You might be a good fit if you are:

• A student pursuing Multimedia, Media, Film, Communication or related fields
• Interested in video editing and content creation
• Familiar with editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar
• Curious about using AI tools for creative work
• Organized, proactive and able to manage tasks independently
• Comfortable learning about software and technology products

• Experience editing short-form social media videos (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)
• Experience editing screen recording tutorials
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
• Interest in technology, SaaS or digital products
