Job summary

KUKA Robot Automation (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join the APeC Marketing team. You will gain hands-on experience in regional marketing, digital campaigns, brand transformation initiatives, and GTM activities within a global technology and automation company.

You will work with marketing professionals across the region, supporting projects that build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Commerce or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Willing to work in Puchong, Selangor and for a minimum internship period of 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Brand & Rebranding initiatives: support ongoing projects and ensure materials follow brand guidelines.
• Go-to-Market activities: assist product launches, campaigns, and regional programs.
• Digital marketing support: content creation, social media management, website updates, email marketing.
• CRM & lead management: assist with CRM data maintenance, lead tracking, campaign monitoring, and follow-up actions.
• Marketing materials & coordination: develop presentations, brochures, and collateral.
• Market research & analytics: study industry trends, competitors, and customer insights.
• Administrative support: assist marketing projects, events, and cross-functional initiatives across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand & Rebranding Initiatives: Support ongoing rebranding projects and ensure marketing materials align with corporate brand guidelines.
• Go-to-Market (GTM) Activities: Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, campaigns, and regional marketing programs.
• Digital Marketing Support: Contribute to content creation, social media management, website updates, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• CRM & Lead Management: Assist with CRM data maintenance, lead tracking, campaign monitoring, and follow‑up activities to support business development efforts.
• Marketing Materials & Coordination: Support the development of presentations, brochures, promotional materials, and marketing collateral.
• Market Research & Analytics: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to support marketing strategies and decision‑making.
• Administrative Support: Provide general support for marketing projects, events, and cross‑functional initiatives across the APeC region.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good analytical, research, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with social media platforms, Canva, CRM systems, or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willing to work in Puchong, Selangor.
• Available for a minimum internship period of 4 months.
