Job summary

Action Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Penang seeks a dedicated sales and marketing coordinator to manage end-to-end processes from order to delivery and coordinate shipping and logistics for customer orders.

You will support the marketing team with day-to-day sales activities, communicate with customers and internal teams, and handle documentation with accuracy. Exposure to marketing or manufacturing is advantageous; diploma or degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in sales and shipping management.
• Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
• Organised, detail-oriented with accurate documentation.
