STAR BAO BIOTECHNOLOGY SDN BHD is seeking a Marketing Executive open to fresh graduates in Kuala Lumpur. You will plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies to promote products and brand, manage social platforms, and publish engaging content with a strong emphasis on visuals and AI-assisted creation.

You will collaborate with the sales team, design marketing materials, and support campaigns, events, and launches while staying aligned with branding and marketing direction.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome with strong portfolio.
• Creative, innovative, and passionate about marketing and content creation.
• Good eye for aesthetics, layout, colour coordination.
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools.
• Knowledge of ChatGPT and AI tools for content creation and marketing is an advantage.
• Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus.
• Good copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging marketing content.
• Able to communicate in Chinese; English and/or Malay proficiency is an advantage.

Marketing Executive (Open to Fresh Graduates)

Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's products and brand.

Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant channels.

Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content, including posts, captions, promotional materials, and short-form videos.

Design creative posters, promotional banners, marketing materials, and social media visuals.

Utilize ChatGPT and AI-powered tools to assist with content creation, copywriting, brainstorming, and marketing ideas.

Develop monthly content calendars and ensure consistent social media updates.

Ensure all marketing content aligns with the company's branding, marketing direction, and promotional objectives.

Monitor social media performance, engagement, and campaign results, and suggest improvements.

Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, product launches, company events, and marketing activities.

Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials and support sales campaigns.

Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Creative, innovative, and passionate about marketing, social media, and content creation.

Good sense of aesthetics, visual design, colour coordination, and layout.

Familiar with social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.

Able to use Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or other graphic design tools.
