Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Energetic, motivated, and eager to grow in a fast‑paced business environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Must possess own transport and a valid driving licence.
- Able to work on-site in Subang Jaya.
Responsibilities
Client & Sales Management
- Manage and expand relationships with assigned key accounts.
- Identify potential business opportunities and follow up with clients proactively.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend to sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and support deal negotiations.
Performance & Delivery
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Deliver excellent service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Handle client feedback and issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor account performance and propose improvements or new initiatives.
Team & Strategic Support
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative campaigns and client strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams for campaign execution.
- Support ad‑hoc projects, reports, and assignments as required by management.
