Job description

Marketing Executive (Digital & Social Media)

We're looking for a hands‑on digital marketing executive to own our end‑to‑end digital presence — from social content and TikTok Live selling to e‑commerce customer engagement and order coordination. This is a great fit for someone who's equal parts creative, camera‑comfortable, analytical, and organized.

Key responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across web, email, database, social media, display ads, and e‑commerce platforms

Host and manage TikTok Live sales sessions — product demos, real‑time customer Q&A, flash deals, and bundle promotions to drive live conversions

Design graphics, flyers, brochures, and short‑form video content to keep weekly brand updates consistent across all channels

Engage directly with online customers — product advice, inquiry management, and coordinating same‑day order dispatch

Work closely with the warehouse team to track stock levels and ensure smooth fulfillment, especially around live sales events

Run direct marketing outreach: SMS blasts, email campaigns, app notifications, and online community management

Track KPIs (traffic, conversion, engagement, live sales performance, ROI) using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports

Partner with the sales team on trade marketing activities and oversee execution

Maintain brand consistency across office materials and marketing collateral

Lead creative brainstorms and take on ad‑hoc branding/marketing projects

Requirements

1–3 years' experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce, or social media management

Comfortable on camera and hosting live content (TikTok Live, Instagram Live, or similar)

Comfortable with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) and short‑form video editing (CapCut, InShot, etc.)

Familiarity with social media ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads), TikTok Shop, and basic analytics tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good product presentation ability

Organized, deadline‑driven, and comfortable juggling creative and operational tasks

Experience with AI tools for content creation is a strong plus

Prior experience running TikTok Live sales or livestream selling

Experience in beauty, skincare, or health/wellness e-commerce

Basic knowledge of email/SMS marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
