Creative Conceptualisation & Design
- Conceptualise and produce high-quality static and animated designs (banners, social posts, infographics.
- Maintain and enhance brand identity across all digital and non-digital touchpoints.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and pitch innovative visual ideas.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team and Senior Graphic Designer to conceptualise and visualise design ideas.
Video & Motion Support
- Assist in creating basic motion graphics or video edits to complement larger multimedia campaigns
- Ensure video/motion assets align with overall brand direction and campaign messaging
Collaboration & Coordination
- Partner with Marketing, Community, and other teams to understand project briefs, target audiences, and KPIs.
- Present design concepts and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
- Coordinate timelines to deliver projects on schedule.
AI Generative Prompt Experience (Nice-to-Have)
- Leverage AI-driven tools (e.g., generative art, text-to-image, etc.) to explore new creative possibilities.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and integrate relevant innovations into design workflows.
Project Management & Leadership
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines.
- Communicate progress and roadblocks proactively to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and creative environment that pushes design boundaries.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar graphic design role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), HTML5, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent creative problem-solving abilities.
- A strong team player with good communication and analytical skills.
- Nice-to-have: Proficiency in video editing software: Premiere Pro, After Effects and Capcut.
