Job summary

Links International, an award-winning HR services provider, is seeking a Marketing Executive in Kuala Lumpur. You will support content creation, digital marketing, CRM campaigns, events and website management, gaining hands-on exposure to campaign execution, analytics and AI-powered marketing initiatives while collaborating with regional stakeholders to strengthen the brand and drive growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Strong organisation and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks.
Proactive and willing to learn.
English written and spoken; Chinese is an advantage.
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing fundamentals.
Basic knowledge of WordPress, CRM systems or marketing automation tools.
Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Canva AI.
Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Create and adapt marketing copy for social media, email, website and collateral.
Produce basic visuals using Canva templates and AI design tools; brief designer for complex work.
Monitor social channels and pass potential leads to Sales.
Support LinkedIn advertising campaign setup and monitoring.
Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
