Identify, prospect, and pursue new clients across Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, and other potential markets through cold calling, networking, referrals, direct approaches, industry connections, and other business development channels.
Actively develop new business opportunities for the company's event management, marketing, creative, production, and related services by identifying organisations and clients with potential event requirements.
Identify and approach potential brands, event organisers, corporations, and organisations for business opportunities involving food festivals, concerts, roadshows, exhibitions, lifestyle events, corporate events, public events, and other large-scale events.
Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities for company-led and client events. Approach potential sponsors, develop sponsorship opportunities, establish relationships, and work towards securing sponsorships and strategic partnerships.
Support the preparation and presentation of sponsorship proposals, sponsorship packages, and partnership opportunities. Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure proposals are aligned with client and sponsor requirements and follow up until successful conversion.
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, emerging brands, and potential market segments to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular communication, meetings, presentations, networking, and follow-ups to develop long-term business relationships.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients, brands, event organisers, sponsors, and business opportunities. Track leads, follow-up activities, proposals submitted, business status, and conversion results.
Prepare, update, and present company portfolios, credentials, capability presentations, proposals, and introductory materials to potential clients, brands, sponsors, and business partners.
Attend relevant trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, networking sessions, public events, food festivals, concerts, and other industry events to establish new contacts, identify potential clients and sponsors, and generate new business opportunities.
Maintain and continuously update the company’s client and prospect database, including client information, contact details, leads, calls, meetings, proposals, follow-up activities, sponsorship opportunities, and results achieved.
Handle the company registration and onboarding process under clients’ procurement systems, including submission of required company information and supporting documents, and follow through until successful registration.
Understand potential clients’ requirements and coordinate with the relevant internal teams to develop suitable proposals, quotations, presentations, and business solutions. Follow up consistently to maximise the opportunity for successful conversion.
