Holiday Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd is seeking a marketing-focused intern to support corporate travel and MICE campaigns. You will assist in creating messages, content, and materials for multiple channels while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate costing.

You will help track spend, gather performance data from CRM, events, and digital platforms, and prepare campaign reports and post-campaign reviews to capture learnings and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications or related field.
• Proactive, responsible and eager to learn with good attention to detail.
• Able to assist with marketing campaigns, content development and promotional activities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and execute marketing activities across Corporate Travel and MICE portfolios to build brand awareness, generate leads and engage clients.
• Support development and implementation of marketing messages, content and campaign materials for different audiences and channels.
• Liaise with suppliers to coordinate corporate merchandise and gifting with timely delivery and costing.
• Coordinate corporate content development, ensuring deliverables are on schedule.
• Assist in tracking campaign spending, quotations, invoices and related docs.
• Collect and consolidate performance data from digital platforms, CRM, PR, events and trade activities for reporting.
