Job summary

INFILED SDN. BHD. seeks a highly independent Marketing & Events Executive to lead both marketing and events for Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand markets. You will own the strategy, create campaigns, and manage the showroom to reflect the brand.

The role requires 2+ years in marketing and event management, a diploma or degree, and proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with creative freedom and direct impact.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in both marketing and event management.
• Excellent multitasking and project management skills.
• Independent, resourceful, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably Mandarin speaking and writing to liaise with HQ.

Responsibilities

• Marketing: Plan and execute marketing strategies (digital & offline).
• Create engaging content for social media, advertisements, and campaigns.
• Manage brand presence across platforms and ensure consistency.
• Manage showroom and maintain brand image.
• Analyse campaign performance and propose improvements.
• Maintain corporate gifts, door gifts, and T-shirts.
• Coordinate with management to align marketing goals with business direction.
• Event Coordination: Conceptualize, plan and execute company events end-to-end.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
• Handle event budgets, logistics, and timelines.
• Ensure creative event concepts align with marketing objectives.
• Provide post-event reports and analysis.

We are a China-based LED manufacturer with a regional office in Malaysia serving Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand markets. We are looking for a highly independent and creative professional to lead our marketing and event functions. You’ll manage both areas with full ownership and creative freedom.

Key Responsibilities: -

Marketing:-

Plan and execute marketing strategies (digital & offline).

Create engaging content for social media, advertisements, and campaigns.

Manage the company’s brand presence across various platforms and ensure brand consistency.

Manage and take care of the showroom, ensuring it is well-maintained, presentable, and aligned with the company’s brand image.

Analyse campaign performance and propose improvements.

Maintain and manage corporate gifts, door gifts, and T-shirts.

Work with management to align marketing goals with business direction.

Event Coordination:-

Conceptualize, plan, and execute company events end-to-end.

Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:-

Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for a Manager position
