Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) or equivalent (e.g. Canva)
• Strong visual sense with attention to detail in layout, typography, and branding
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing practices
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of visual assets for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and online campaigns
• Support the design of marketing materials such as promotional collaterals, menus, and in-store visuals
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
• Support the planning and execution of content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Threads
• Assist in content ideation, including visuals, captions, and campaign storytelling
• Stay informed on current digital and social media trends to enhance content relevance
• Provide support in marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and internal reports
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
