FUTURE FOOD SDN. BHD. is seeking a Marketing Intern to support campaigns, manage social media, and assist with market research in Iskandar Puteri, Malaysia.

This hands-on role offers exposure to brand promotion, customer engagement, and everyday marketing operations. You will gain experience in content creation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with the sales team, with a clear path for learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Mass Communication or related field.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with Canva/Adobe tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive and eager to learn.
• 3–6 months internship period.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing company social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Create and schedule posts, stories, and promotional content
• Monitor engagement and respond to basic customer inquiries
• Assist in developing marketing materials such as posters, brochures, and digital content
• Support photo and video content creation for marketing campaigns
• Help draft captions, blog posts, or promotional messages
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
• Compile research findings into reports or presentations
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
• Help coordinate marketing activities with the sales team
