UpGrowth HR Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a creative Designer to turn ideas into visuals for social media and ads, and to explore new design approaches.

You will assist designers by resizing graphics, editing assets, and sourcing visuals, while collaborating with the team to deliver engaging content. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere is required; English and Chinese ability helps liaise with international colleagues.

Formación

• A degree or diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.
• Experience in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or Premiere.
• Basic understanding of design principles, color theory, and layout composition.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team.
• Good time management skills and have a positive attitude.
• Able to converse in both English and Chinese to communicate with international colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Turn ideas into visuals and explore creative approaches for social media and ads.
• Assist on resizing existing graphics and making minor edits on creatives; source visual assets; edit images.
• Work with the team to deliver effective content and design strategies.
• Maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changing task requirements with attention to detail.
• Design simple social media graphics, email banners, or minor video edits with senior designers.
• Research and gather references for design inspiration.
