Responsibilities

• Data cleaning and preparation to ensure accuracy of customer data.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management insights.
• Identify trends and opportunities from data analysis.
• Create marketing campaign reports using data tools.
• Maintain the marketing database and distribution lists (WhatsApp/email).
• Coordinate events and programs, including venue setup and wrap-up.
• Carry out tasks assigned by supervisor per Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad standards.
