Job summary

The role requires close collaboration with internal departments to ensure smooth order coordination and excellent customer service. You will promote new and existing products, identify business opportunities, attend customer visits, and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in marketing, business admin, sales, or related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customers' orders and requirements with internal departments.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Process customers' Purchase Orders and related documentation.
• Handle customer enquiries and coordinate for resolution.
• Support sales activities and contribute to targets.
• Promote products and identify business opportunities.
• Attend customer visits and meetings when required.
• Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
