Job summary

Sunway Malls is seeking a Marketing Executive (Marketing Communications) to execute on-ground and digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand image and mall performance. You will manage campaigns, content, tenant communications, and support events, social media, and advertising initiatives to drive engagement.

The role requires developing best practices, monitoring trends, and coordinating with media and KOLs while ensuring timely tenant information across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing/Mass Communications or related field.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or fresh graduate.
• Competency in marketing, publicity, branding, internal comms, and editorial skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes best practices for Marketing Communications to ensure effectiveness and branding.
• Develop and execute on-ground and online marketing communication strategies to strengthen the mall’s image and performance.
• Monitor progress of all marketing communications against milestones or deadlines.
• Establish strong relationships with media and online media, including KOLs.
• Provide marketing support to tenants; ensure accurate tenant information across website and social platforms.
• Plan, implement, and oversee marketing initiatives across on-ground and digital platforms aligning with brand messaging.
• Oversee creation of advertising content, including copywriting, design, and multimedia production.
• Support marketing events, campaigns, and festive activations.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback on social media; coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
