Job summary

Astro Malaysia invites driven undergraduates to join our marketing and digital teams, helping to shape the customer onboarding journey with compelling digital assets and content for the new website. This role emphasizes initiative, collaboration, and hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to campaign planning, sponsorships, and performance tracking.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, gain practical experience in analytics, and contribute to contract renewal

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business-related fields or data analysis.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams to develop digital assets and visuals for the new website.
• Support content updates to enhance customer onboarding.
• Assist in planning and executing campaign activities.
• Identify sponsorship opportunities to attract participants and drive Find Astro traffic.
• Support customer base extraction, campaign tracking, and performance monitoring.
• Assist in facilitating contract renewal activities to protect and grow revenue near expiry.
