Job summary

Colour Haven Sdn Bhd is hiring a Marketing Executive to plan and execute marketing campaigns for Lewré and Tricia Lew across digital, e-commerce, retail and social media channels.

You will work with Creative, Content, E-commerce and Retail teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and performance is tracked, while focusing on brand awareness and sales. The role suits organised individuals with a commercial mindset and strong coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, fashion, retail or e-commerce is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong relevant experience or internships may also apply.
• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads or digital advertising is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with data, reports and campaign performance.
• Organised and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Commercially minded and interested in how marketing contributes to sales.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Strong interest in fashion, footwear, retail, e-commerce and consumer behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Coordinate marketing activities across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, REDnote, website, marketplaces and retail stores.
• Prepare campaign briefs, timelines and marketing calendars.
• Work closely with the Creative and Content teams on campaign assets and content requirements.
• Coordinate with the E-commerce team on website, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop campaigns.
• Plan, execute and optimise Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, including budget monitoring and performance tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance, traffic, conversion, sales and ROAS, and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and recommend improvements.
• Conduct competitor, customer and market research.
• Coordinate collaborations, influencers, events and brand partnerships when required.
• Support customer retention activities through WhatsApp, email marketing and CRM campaigns.
