Job summary

Genting Highlands Premium Outlets is seeking a proactive Assistant Marketing professional to support planning, implementation, and maintenance of advertising and promotional activities. You will help monitor materials, develop collaterals, coordinate campaigns, and manage center signage and VIP visits.

The role requires a marketing-related diploma or degree, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to work both independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, International Business, or a related field.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented with a good understanding of marketing operations.
• Proficiency in content creation and social media management using digital marketing tools.
• Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Marketing Manager in planning, implementing, and maintaining advertising and promotional activities for Genting Highlands Premium Outlets.
• Monitor and keep stock of all advertising and promotion materials.
• Assist in developing electronic and printed marketing collaterals.
• Coordinate and meet deadlines for campaigns based on the approved marketing plan.
• Assist in monitoring the marketing budget and expenses.
• Assist in coordinating and upkeeping center signage and Brand Partner signage.
• Assist in coordinating and hosting VVIP visits to the center.
