We are seeking a committed and results-driven Executive, Marketing to support the planning and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives across our property development projects.

In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating sales launches, integrated marketing campaigns and promotional activities, ensuring seamless execution in line with approved strategies, timelines and corporate governance standards. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive effective market positioning and support the achievement of project sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute the marketing strategic plan towards achieving marketing objectives and sales targets.
• Liaise with relevant parties to ensure timely delivery of marketing collaterals e.g. traditional and digital advertisements, brochures, sales kits etc. Check and ensure all information provided/displayed in marketing collaterals is accurate.
• Identify high growth and market opportunities and drive marketing priorities for the business unit and assess our capabilities (products, offerings, enablement, route-to-market).
• Explore new channels of marketing & sales to support current marketing strategies and to expand marketing reach.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Analyse and provide actionable marketing strategies and recommendations.
• Interpret market data to identify and propose key value propositions and enhancements to be incorporated into packaging and new product development.
• Undertake any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management.
• Monitor and support REA in all sales related matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree specialized in Marketing / Business Administration or any equivalent discipline.
• At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing and sales within the property development/ real estate industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Experience in marketing, sales support, and creative campaign execution.
• Ability to coordinate and manage external vendors, agencies, and suppliers.
• Good analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor strategies, and campaign performance.
• Proficiency in design briefing and working with marketing collateral.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Knowledge on authority approvals/procedures and being well-versed in the property sales process is an added advantage.
