Job summary

MoneyMax Financial Services, Singapore Listed Company, is seeking a Marketing Executive to create TikTok content, plan campaigns, and support digital marketing efforts across social channels to boost brand visibility.

The role includes coordinating with retail teams, liaising with agencies, tracking performance, and assisting in product launches and CRM initiatives. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, and communication strategies.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage TikTok content to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive sales, increase footfall, and enhance brand awareness.
• Support digital marketing activities, including managing social media content, scheduling posts, and assisting in performance marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with retail operations teams to support in-store promotions, events, and marketing activations.
• Liaise with creative agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
• Track and monitor campaign performance, preparing basic reports and insights for team review.
• Support product launches, public relations activities, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in CRM initiatives and customer loyalty programs to improve customer engagement and retention.
