Job summary

FE GREEN PET (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a sales professional to build long-term relationships with prospects and clients in Malaysia. You will prepare proposals, quotations, and delivery documents, coordinate with internal teams, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to payments.

The role requires a diploma in marketing or business, with Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia language proficiency. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, DO, Invoice or any delivery related documents to clients.
• Sample arrangement for new customer / new project.
• Handle daily schedule update/ coordinate with customer document PIC.
• Handle all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, project presentations, closing sales, collections, liaising with internal logistics for deliveries, chasing payments, and follow-up.
• Returnable materials daily update and monthly closing report.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing and sales strategies.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve products/services based on client interactions.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and market trends.
• Follow up with relevant parties when necessary.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, meticulous and able to work independently.
