Ansar Medi Health Sdn Bhd in Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan invites a Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. You will support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, as well as create marketing content for social media, newsletters and promotional materials.

You will manage social media accounts, research market trends, coordinate events and maintain marketing databases.

Competenze

• Diploma or bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media tools.
• Experience creating marketing content and managing social media.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus.

About the role

Ansar Medi Health Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team in Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our marketing and communications efforts across the organisation. As a Marketing and Communications Assistant, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop, implement and manage communications campaigns that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audiences. This role is fundamental in ensuring our messaging is consistent, compelling and aligned with our organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns across multiple channels
• Creating and editing marketing content including social media posts, newsletters, email campaigns and promotional materials
• Assisting with the management of company social media accounts, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement
• Conducting research on market trends, competitors and target audiences to support marketing strategy
• Coordinating logistics and promotional activities for company events, product launches and brand activations
• Assisting with the maintenance and updating of marketing databases and customer communication records
• Providing administrative support to the marketing and communications team, including scheduling, document preparation and filing
• Supporting the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations and promotional videos
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and communications initiatives

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey messages clearly and persuasively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media management tools
• Familiarity with basic graphic design software or content creation tools is advantageous
• Demonstrated experience in creating marketing content or managing social media platforms
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all communications
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support colleagues in achieving marketing objectives
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing solutions
• Knowledge of the healthcare or medical industry is an additional point but not essential
