Job summary

Lavu Tech Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Data Migration and Master Data Management (MDM) Lead to own regional data scope, coordinate business, IT, and vendor teams, and drive end-to-end migration activities including cleansing, enrichment, transformation, and documentation.

You will lead data quality initiatives, align master data with the global model, train MDM roles before go-live, and support testing, cutovers, hypercare, and reporting while mitigating data risks.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of local master data structures, ownership, governance, and business processes.
• Proven experience in data migration, data cleansing, and SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, preferably within the CPG industry.
• Familiarity with data profiling, data quality management, ETL tools (e.g., SAP Data Services), and metadata management.
• Practical experience with Python and data-related tools is desirable.
• Knowledge of data privacy, regulatory compliance, and local data governance requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Agile, proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel to support deployment activities.
