Job summary

Internetwork Expert in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager/Consultant to lead design, localization, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA across shore offices and global fleet.

You will map voyage profitability, integrate MM/Remote Logistics, and align maintenance with fleet systems, ensuring robust API connections to Veson IMOS and other tools. Strong governance and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Maritime Studies, or Finance.
• PMP / CITPM or SAP Certified Application Associate (S/4HANA) preferred.
• 6–10+ years IT Project Management and SAP consulting experience.
• Direct experience in Maritime, Shipping, or Offshore Energy sectors preferred.
• Strong SAP expertise in FICO, MM, PM, or TM modules.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle Leadership: direct end-to-end SAP implementation tracks (Blueprinting to Hypercare) using SAP Activate.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: govern third-party integrators and liaise with chartering desks, superintendents, and finance.
• Risk & Scope Mitigation: manage timelines, prevent scope creep, and handle change management for adoption across assets.
• Voyage Profitability Mapping: configure SAP FICO / WBS to treat voyages as profit centers and capture revenue and costs.
• Supply Chain Integration: design SAP MM/Remote Logistics for ship-board procurement and global port delivery coordination.
• Asset Maintenance (Digital Twin): align SAP PM with fleet systems to track engine hours and forecast capex for dry-docks.
• Edge & Hybrid Architecture: design middleware interfaces via SAP BTP for disconnected ships and data syncing.
• Third-Party Ecosystems: build API integrations connecting SAP ledgers to Veson IMOS, DNV ShipManager, or BASSnet.
