Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Experience with design software and ship-related tools is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with practical engineering focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ship designs, hull-form models, engineering drawings and documentation.
• Carry out intact and damage stability calculations and naval architecture assessments.
• Perform CFD, FEA and marine/structural analyses when required.
• Liaise with shipyards, shipowners, vendors and classification societies.
• Attend site meetings, vessel surveys and inspections as needed.
• Provide technical support through design development to implementation.
