Job summary

Technip Energies in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a Senior Naval Architect / Naval Architect to contribute to offshore naval architecture works on a fixed-term basis. You will learn MOSES for pre-service analyses and ensure timely completion within budget while supporting stability and mooring tasks.

Fresh graduates may apply; degree in naval architecture or related field is required, with knowledge of relevant codes and ROAs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Naval Architecture, Hydrodynamics, Ocean Engineering, or Marine Engineering with 1–3 years of related experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Familiar with stability and mooring-related class rules (ABS, DnVGL) and international codes & standards (API RP2SK, ISO).
• Basic knowledge of ROAs, loading conditions, and motion/acceleration analysis.
• Basic experience in load-out, transport, and installation (including launch & upending) and float-over using MOSES.
• Capable of performing stability and local vessel checks, including grillage and sea-fastening designs.
• Experience in MOSES.
