Jora Malaysia, a 4-Star hotel in Bukit Bintang, is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Communications Manager to strengthen brand awareness and drive revenue through integrated campaigns. You will manage digital presence, plan promotions for rooms and F&B, and coordinate media relations while collaborating with Sales and other departments to support business objectives.
Strong copy, English and Bahasa Malaysia, and 3–5 years in marketing communications are required.

We are a 4-Star Hotel located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Communications Manager to join our team. Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies to strengthen brand awareness and drive revenue.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for rooms, food & beverage promotions, meetings, events, and special packages.
Manage the hotels' digital presence, including websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and online travel channels.
Create, edit, and oversee marketing materials such as advertisements, brochures, press releases, newsletters, promotional videos, and other collateral.
Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
Coordinate media relations, public relations activities, influencer collaborations, and promotional events.
Work closely with the Sales, Food & Beverage, Front Office, and other departments to support business objectives and promotional activities.
Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
Manage the marketing budget and liaise with external agencies, designers, photographers, printers, and other vendors.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Communications, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and public relations.
Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Creative mindset with strong project management and organisational skills.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) and content management systems is an advantage.
Familiarity with photography, videography, and basic photo/video editing is an added advantage.
Analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
