Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Trainer to develop and sustain the skills of Direct Labor personnel, ensuring training, assessment, qualification, and safe operation of manufacturing processes in line with work instructions and quality standards.

Responsibilities include identifying competency gaps, delivering hands-on OJT, conducting ISA assessments, coordinating retraining and cross-training, maintaining training records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Manufacturing/Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience in welding and/or machining is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify competency gaps and define training plans.
• Deliver structured on-the-job training for Direct Labor personnel.
• Conduct Individual Skill Assessments (ISA) and monitor trainee progress.
• Coordinate retraining and cross-training; ensure qualification readiness.
• Maintain training records; ensure compliance with quality standards.
