Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Technology, Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of EHSQ standards, GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to adapt to change and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar systems and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with EHSQ, GMP, HACCP and quality systems on site.
• Support safety programs and incident investigations; participate in improvements.
• Assist in staff onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• Contribute to cost control, waste reduction and continuous improvements.
• Support production by following SOPs, SOPs, GMP and quality checks.
• Maintain documentation and assist in regulatory and halal compliance.
