Job summary

Intel in Malaysia, Penang, is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to design, organize, and deliver technical training for manufacturing and process engineering employees. You will develop materials, coordinate logistics, and collaborate with engineers to support NPI and HVM initiatives.

You will create training plans, track progress, and ensure programs improve skills, productivity, and operational quality in a high‑performance manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering technical training for manufacturing or engineering teams.
• Strong ability to develop technical documents, schematics, and training materials.
• Experience coordinating training logistics and tracking records in a factory environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, plan, schedule, and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing operations and equipment.
• Develop and maintain technical documents, schematics, BOMs, and other training materials.
• Coordinate training logistics, including class arrangements and administrative support.
• Assess training needs and develop training plans for individual roles and factory-wide requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and managers to ensure training programs align with manufacturing objectives.
• Create and implement processes for tracking training records, completion status, and program effectiveness.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support NPI and HVM training needs through tailored solutions.
