is seeking a Technical Training Manager to build and lead the Technical Training team from the ground up, establishing qualification and capability programs to support manufacturing readiness. The role will develop annual training and certification plans, work with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to identify skill gaps, and implement competency frameworks and recertification requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Technical or related discipline.
• 8+ years of technical training experience within a manufacturing or high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing and implementing technical training plans, certification programs, and competency frameworks.
• Experience leading Technical Trainers, Instructors, or a technical training function.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and workforce capability development.
• Able to engage effectively with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Operations stakeholders.
• Experience supporting semiconductor or other high-tech manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Technical Training team from the ground up, including trainer qualification and capability development.
• Develop and execute annual technical training and certification plans.
• Lead and develop a team of Technical Instructors/Trainers.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Establish competency frameworks, skills matrices, qualification standards, and recertification requirements.
• Ensure effective technical certification, and workforce capability development.
• Support production ramp-ups, new product introductions (NPI), and manufacturing readiness through structured training programs.
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of training programs.
• Manage training records, compliance, and training systems.
