Job summary

Dexcom Corporation, a global leader in CGM, seeks a Process Engineer in Malaysia to support replicate automation equipment during scale-up. You will work with Global Engineering, Site Engineering, and R&D Malaysia to improve equipment reliability and performance.

You will document processes, lead root cause analysis, and ensure production readiness while adhering to safety standards in a cleanroom and production floor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience.
• Experience in high‑volume manufacturing equipment is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Global Engineering and R&D to improve replicate NPI equipment.
• Lead or support cross-functional equipment deployment teams.
• Update SOPs, work instructions, process flow diagrams, and BOMs.
• Operate automated assembly lines and monitor equipment for safety and productivity.
• Analyze production data and drive process improvements to yield and cycle time.
