Qualifications

• 6+ years in high-tech manufacturing, operations data science, or NPI management.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering cells and portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of PFMEA, CTQ, SPC, and crisis management methodologies (8D, Kepner-Tregoe).

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master Manufacturing Risk Dashboard for real-time risk visibility across programs.
• Analyze cross-program variables to identify similarities and recurring risk patterns.
• Track NTUDD vectors, PFMEAs, and CTQ trends to flag systemic engineering blind spots.
• Synthesize risk lessons into enterprise-wide standards and drive global standardization.
• Initiate macro process improvement or tooling projects based on dashboard insights.
• Lead crisis task forces and ensure timely containment of critical excursions.
