Job summary

INNOVALUES OFFICE AUTOMATION Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced QA/Manufacturing engineer to control customer drawings and coordinate FAS production and submission.

You will review PPAP/FAI, maintain FA Action Log, and ensure documentation is attached for delivery; knowledge of GD&T and QC tools essential; familiarity with SolidWorks, G-code, Mastercam, Fusion 360 advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
• 3–5 years working experience in manufacturing or machining environment.
• Able to read technical drawings and understand GD&T.
• Basic knowledge of PCP, FMEA, SPC, FAI, and PPAP (automotive experience is an advantage).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience in handling projects and performing SPC analysis.
• Mandarin speaking ability is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Control customer drawings / documentation.
• Process / Work Instruction / PMP or Control Plan.
• For featuring / tooling supporting production.
• Liaison for all Technical Issues.
• Support production on CA.
• Coordinate the entire FAS production and submission.
• Coordinate, review, rectify and re-submit FAS until customer’s acceptance.
• Ensure the relevant documents are attached for FAS delivery.
• Maintain the FA Action Log.
• Review non-conforming materials and decide on disposition.
