Responsibilities

• Support daily production issues at test floor and wafer probe; perform yield analysis and disposition.
• Liaise with product engineering teams for test program, hardware, and setup improvements.
• Lead productivity improvement projects including yield improvement and test time reduction.
• Support new product releases and buyoffs for new test systems per manufacturing requirements.
• Lead introduction of new tool/equipment/test processes to manufacturing and manage qualification/change approvals.
