Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing process or production environment.
• Familiar with assembly processes, process flow, and production line setup.
• Basic knowledge of process analysis and improvement tools such as Lean and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot process-related issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure manufacturing processes are stable, controlled, and meet quality requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to operators and technicians on process standards.
• Monitor and improve process performance, yield, and efficiency.
• Develop and optimize process parameters to ensure consistent product quality.
