Job summary

You will partner with production managers, engineers, and quality teams to analyze rates, quality metrics, and performance indicators, turning data into actionable improvements. The role requires leading cross-functional projects, managing change orders, and ensuring compliance with ISO, FDA, and internal quality systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience applying Lean and Six Sigma in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with data systems and digital tools for manufacturing improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production rates, quality metrics, and performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to drive process improvements and cost-benefit analyses.
• Define and track KPIs to measure process effectiveness and ensure compliance with quality systems.
