Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Manufacturing Business Process Analyst in Penang to optimize production control and drive continuous improvement. The role collaborates with production managers, engineers, and stakeholders to improve processes and ensure manufacturing efficiency in a LEAN environment.

The ideal candidate will have a foundation in LEAN, strong data analytics capabilities, and experience with manufacturing systems such as EBS, CAMSTAR, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on process integrity and efficiency.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyse production rates, quality metrics, and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end manufacturing changes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality systems.
• Apply data-driven governance and change management on shop floor.
