Job summary

BizLink Group in Johor, Malaysia is seeking a Planner/Assistant Planner to support PO processing, WO issuance, and coordination with production and logistics. The role involves liaising with HQ and SG counterparts to ensure timely deliveries and handling material flow challenges.

Candidates should have a Diploma or higher, at least 2 years in manufacturing, and experience with MRP systems. Strong analytical and communication skills are required to excel in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma holders with strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred (2+ years).
• Familiarity with MRP systems and material flow processes.

Responsibilities

• Process customer POs and issue Work Orders, coordinate with HQ on delivery schedules.
• Monitor material status, coordinate with SG counterpart on logistics.
• Review end customer OOR, reschedule as needed within the timeframe.
• Coordinate with production to ensure FG completion and on-time delivery.
• Follow up on materials shortfalls, NMR, MR, incoming on affected orders.
• Address customer requests on rework, NMR, EC and DN implementation.
