Job summary

British American Tobacco Indonesia seeks an Operations Performance Manager to optimize manufacturing supply bases and drive cost and quality improvements. You will work with Tier 1 suppliers, apply RCA and Six Sigma methods, and oversee delivery of KPIs while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience leading Tier 1 suppliers in manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving using RCA, FMEA and CI methods.
• Solid project management with ability to drive delivery and risks.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, VSM, OEE or process optimization.
• Ability to influence supplier performance and train suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Daily liaison and supply base management for Quality, Cost and Delivery.
• Resolves supplier issues threatening supply and demand.
• Drives Manufacturing Performance KPI to meet targets.
• Delivers an effective and flexible supply base.
• Ensures manufacturing capacity is optimised to meet future demand.
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers.
• Applies project management principles and communicates risks and opportunities.
