Sandisk in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Leader to drive the production function within budget and quality standards. You will ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance while mentoring a high-performing team in a 12-hour shift, Class 1K/C100K cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities include implementing continuous improvement, coordinating cross-functional activities, and sustaining lean manufacturing principles to meet daily/weekly targets and customer requirements.

Formación

• Minimum bachelor degree in management / engineering.
• Communicates and assists other departments as needed.
• Good knowledge in 6S / Safety & ESD production environment.
• Able to give full support during off/rest day as well (if required).
• Able to work 12hours & Class 1K/C100K cleanroom.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the manufacturing function within budget and output targets.
• Ensure safety, customer quality, cost and delivery requirements are met.
• Develop an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible team with strong health, safety and environmental focus.
• Mentor and lead teams and establish standard policies and procedures.
• Implement continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principles to address deficiencies.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets, quality and delivery expectations, minimize costs.
• Coach and develop a high-performing manufacturing team delivering best-practice results.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies.
• Maintain a high standard of 6S environment.
• Background in IR 4.0/5.0 and automation is advantageous.
