Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering with preferred Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist the factory manager with daily operations, such as production scheduling, coordinating on-site personnel, managing materials, and preparing production reports.
• Conduct various administrative tasks, such as filing documents, coordinating meetings, collecting data, and assisting with administrative work.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance work efficiency, monitor the production floor, and report any issues or discrepancies to management.
• Implement various procedures, including equipment inspections, compliance audits, and coordinating with departments to ensure annual work goals are met.
• Complete any other ad hoc management or administrative duties as required.
