Ultimate Manufacturing Solutions (M) Sd. Bhd. in Simpang Ampat, Penang, invites motivated interns for a contract-based internship in Occupational Safety and Health.

You will work with experienced professionals to gain practical, hands-on exposure in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Based in Penang, you will support production teams, participate in quality and safety activities, collect data, and learn continuous improvement practices while developing technical and professional skills for

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree or diploma in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in manufacturing processes, industrial operations, or technical fields.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing principles and industry practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in team environments.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing and production teams in daily operations and process optimization.
• Assist with quality control inspections and documentation of manufacturing processes.
• Participate in maintenance and equipment support activities under supervision.
• Contribute to data collection, analysis and reporting on production metrics.
• Learn and apply health and safety protocols in the manufacturing environment.
• Support administrative tasks related to production and inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand manufacturing workflows.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiency projects.
