BAHRU STAINLESS SDN BHD in Johor is seeking a seasoned Finance and Accounts Leader to oversee the department and drive accurate financial reporting under MFRS. The role covers planning, cost control in manufacturing, cash flow management, internal controls, and support for the Group's IPO journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
• 10–15 years in finance and accounting.
• 5+ years in a managerial/Financial Controller role.
• Experience in manufacturing industry is mandatory.
• Experience in ERP systems.
• Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/ICAEW/CIMA/MIA) preferred.
• Experience in stainless steel/industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Experience supporting IPO, M&A, restructuring, or listed companies preferred.
• Mandarin communication ability advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Finance and Accounts Department.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Review and analyze P/L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Management Reports.
• Ensure monthly closing within group reporting timeline.
• Prepare financial analysis and reports for Management and the Board.
• Monitor performance against budgets and targets.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS.
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage daily cash flow planning and working capital.
