Nexperia in Malaysia is seeking a Production Lead for wafer saw operations to manage shift production, monitor yields and machine performance, and ensure targets and safety standards are met.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams, review KPI reports, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and structured problem-solving.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of manufacturing or semiconductor experience.
• Knowledge of production processes and problem-solving techniques.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in Wafer Saw or Semiconductor Pre-Assembly.
• Knowledge of SPC, MES, SAP, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
• Experience leading improvement projects.
