Job summary

Nexperia in Malaysia is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support daily operations, drive process optimization and improve productivity while ensuring product quality.

Qualifications

• Investigate deviations, quality issues and manufacturing challenges; implement corrective actions.
• Lead projects, process qualifications and new technology introductions.
• Use data analysis and problem-solving methodologies to drive sustainable improvements.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance and other stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing procedures, work instructions and technical docs.
• Ensure safety, environmental and quality management compliance.

What You Need to Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical, or related disciplines).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Relevant working experience in manufacturing or semiconductor environments will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, DOE, or other engineering tools is advantageous.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and technology-driven manufacturing environment.
